In personal news, I ran my first 10k on Sunday! The upside is that I FINISHED (!), the downside is that I came away with a stress fracture. I'm stuck in a boot for 4-6 weeks! If anyone has any experience with stress fractures and has some good advice as far as care, exercise, and mental sanity goes, please let me know!

I think my Vicodin just kicked in. Whoa.
