Free and Easy

I'm at the end of Day 9 of the Super Sexy Sugar Cleanse and so far so good. I've experienced some cravings here and there and one really intense headache, but mostly I feel great! I'm also going to bed at night and not feeling guilty about any of the crap I ate during the day...because for the most part, there is no crap! Here are some sugar-free (at least added-sugar-free) treats that I've been indulging in this week:

• Medjool Dates
• Bananas
• Orange Juice
  
• Coconut Oil Chocolate
• Baguette with Earth Balance (for a naughty yet delicious savory treat)
  
• Oatmeal Raisin Date balls
• Vanilla Rooibos tea from Starbucks
• Two Mom's in the Raw Granola Bars from Starbucks
• Organic Fuji Apples
• And this random Cherry Oat Tofu Mess I tried to make the other day...

It's silken tofu mixed with rolled oats, cinnamon, cocoa powder, a tiny bit of maple syrup and thawed frozen sweet cherries.


It was....innnnteresting. Kind of a fun new breakfast! It was creamy and filling and really held me over during the day!
